Reinstall Windows After Motherboard Upgrade?

If I replace my current mother board which I think is about to die. Do I need to reinstall windows after I install the motherboard? I really do not want to back up everything on my computer and reinstall everything. But if I need to I guess I really do not have much choice.

Reinstall Windows After Motherboard Upgrade?

Windows is installed in the hard disk. If you plan on just replacing the motherboard only, then you will not need to re install windows. However if you replace the hard disk too, then you will be required to install a new operating system into the new hard disk. That should work out on your issue.
