Professional Install package creator needed?

Hi Experts,

I am looking for an installation creator which creates installers for my applications.Some key features of  Install package creator should include Gui-based EXE setup creator, indicate installation path, adding of license agreements, text, icons, logos etc.with an option of uninstall program.

Can anyone help me in telling which one is the best freeware for creating installers for windows based operating system?

One great alternative and free option (funded by donations) that would aid you in creating installation packages is InstallForge. It counts with not having to be scripted and as such, it greatly improves manners of use; it also contains a neat ZIP creator which, in case you have some implements that would better fit the ZIP file system, can be made as such.
