I am getting the following error while trying to access some web pages on my IE9 can someone tell me why this appears?

Message from web page ERROR: possible problem with your *.gwt.xml module file. The compile time user.agent value (ie9) does not match the runtime user.agent value (safari). Expect more errors.

1. Were there any changes (hardware or software) made to the computer? 

2. Is it the only website that gives an error message?
