You can get the att sst for windows 7 from Software Topic Informer. Here is the link to where you will get the here. But note that the att sst windows app from this site is meant for windows 7 64 bit, and for that matter if you are using 32 bit windows 7 you will need to search the site to avoid getting compatibility issues.
