Hi Dorothy,

I found the perfect application to time internet usage on your Mac. This utility app is called Internet Timer and it can automatically keep track of your time usage the moment that it detects your internet connection. It also keeps logs of your daily, weekly, monthly and total usage. You also have the option to configure it so it will stop your internet connection after a certain time period. Or you could also try and check out the Access Restrictions under DD-WRT and read . Hope it will help and it will lessen your internet usage and you can monitored your time spent on the internet.
