Hello, I have been using the Acid Music player to record music for years. I was interested in updating to the Acid Music Studio 9. The recently released Acid Music Studio 9 is nice but I have been having issues with it randomly stalling or crashing. Is there a way to fix this?Â

I would suggest that you upgrade your system if you don't meet the minimum requirements which are at the bottom of the site, to get rid of the stallings and crashes.
Most programs are heavy users of RAM memory. Audio and music processing software consume a considerably huge amount of memory while running. The lack of enough RAM memory for a specific program may cause it to crash or freeze while working. I would advice you not to run many applications while using Acid Music Studio and also try and upgrade your RAM.
If you are previously using ACID Music Player for your audio recording stuffs and you are now experiencing sudden stalling and system crashes after shifting to ACID Music Studio 9, I guess you should check the specifications of the program. Before installing or upgrading your application to a much newer version, make sure your computer meets the requirements.

ACID Music Studio 9 supports Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8.x, and higher. It requires 1 GHz or faster processor, 1 GB RAM, 200 MB free space, sound card, Microsoft DirectX 9-compatible video card, and CD/DVD writer. The processor requirement is a bit low but the required memory or RAM is slightly higher.
If your memory is around 2 GB, I think you need to upgrade your computer’s RAM because your system will become very slow. This is probably the reason why you experience sudden crashing and stalling on your system. Adding more RAM might fix the problem.
