MFL-Pro Suite – InstallShield Wizard error

Hello,

 

The error message "An error occurred during the installation. … . IS015- GetOsVersion – 1" appears when installing the Full Driver & Software Packages for Windows® 7 downloaded from the "Download" section. Reinstalled process could not fix this issue.Any assistance would be really appreciated.

Error: An error occurred during the installation. Please restart your PC, ensure all active applications are closed – Then reinstall “MFL-Pro Suite”. IS015- GetOsVersion – 1

MFL-Pro Suite – InstallShield Wizard error

Hello,

At first I would like to appreciate that you chose MFL pro suite because it is really good. The problem that you are facing is because you are running the wrong .exe file. You are probably running the .exe file which is in the disk 1 folder. But the working .exe file is within the Setup490cw folder. I hope my solution works for you.
