I’m having problems using Aligned section view in Solidworks.

Hello,

I am using Solidworks 2011(SP-2) and I get the following error as I try to aligned section view.

Here is the screenshot of the error.

 

The model could not be properly sectioned by the section line. Please check that the section line cuts through the model/components. The components which are falling in the section are: OK_200041-1

Please give me your suggestions.

I’m having problems using Aligned section view in Solidworks.

Sometimes, the cuts that you are trying to make are beyond the boundary level of your whole class or the structure on which you are trying to make them.

1. Take down the number of cuts you have made during the whole program or a particular section to which it is giving the error.
2. Make sure everyone of it is within the boundaries before you render it or finalize it.
3. If anyone is out of the line, then edit it and mold it somehow so that it fits inside the section that you are trying to implement.
4. You can also try increasing the size of boundaries but that might disturb other variables too.
