How to stop target ads even after cookies have been cleared

I was browsing the internet last time, I happen to notice an advertisement that was specifically targeting a region of my country. Being conscious about privacy issues, I usually meticulously clean my internet history and the associated cookies. Still I am being targeted by ads. Can I get help please?

How to stop target ads even after cookies have been cleared

Hi, Long V Rios  pop-up adds are can be blocked if you are using a Google chrome. Just download ABP adds blocker. You can find it in your extension, just go to settings after that extension,then down below your extension you see the word "get more extension" just search add blocker download. It will run right away,adds cannot pop-up anymore it will block right away.
