Autocom CDP Pro Fatal Error

Hi,

 

When I install the auto diagnostic tool software, I meet the following error. I have installed the software 2011.3, but I cannot open it. I receive the following fatal error when I try to open the software. Is this problem with installation? How can I resolve the error message? Really want your assistance.

Error: Fatal error OBD2Express.co.uk Failed to laod vehicle selection Application will shut down

Autocom CDP Pro Fatal Error

Hello there,



The error that you are facing is because of installing the software incorrectly. You have to install the update inside the installation folder. After that try to upen it again.



Alternate method:- (Try this when the above solution doesn't work)



Delete all the files from the Autocom folder in the Appdata folder.

Autocom CDP Pro Fatal Error

It does seem that the error lies in the auto diagnostic tool. You need to check the installation guide. Probably, the problem lies in the installation and some features have not been installed properly. You need to make sure that you install the auto diagnostic tool again. In that case the problem will be solved definitely.

Autocom CDP Pro Fatal Error

This problem exists in your installation process. Follow these solution to fix your problem.

Solution 1: You need to install the update in the   2011.3 software.

 

Solution 2: You can delete the files: C:Documents and SettingsAll UsersApplication Dataautocom.

Hope after that your will not face anymore problem.
