Making calls from landlines to skype

I have a friend of mine who is in Skype and I wanted to able to call him from my mobile phone, is it possible to make such a call? What would I need to do to make such a call to his Skype number and what are the charges of such a call?

Hi, Jaay Ferocity If you have an Android or iPhone you can just download Skype app that you are gong to use, and you need to have internet connection to do this. If there is no available WiFi in your mobile data. But that would give you extra charges. But if you just calling your friend direct by phone number well am sorry as of today that is not yet available.
