Hi Gurus,

I was working with Microsoft Works when this error message popped up, see below.

I went to the Microsoft Support website, and it told me to uninstall my Adobe Distiller which I didn’t want to do.

I need my Adobe Distiller.

Is there a work around for this?

Please give advice.

Thanks.

Hi,

You can get benefit from OPENOFFICE.org, because it is an alternative to Microsoft works and office. So, I suggest you don't need the help from anymore and please try to avoid Microsoft products in the future because they always break down and they charge you excessively in order for them to fix their own product.

Wow! What faith they have in their products! Congratulations Microsoft on losing another customer. Soon you won't have any more to lose.

You will probably get better Functionality with Open Office VS MS Works. You can't beat this deal with a stick.

Because, besides it one another option is reinstall the adobe distiller. If do not want to do like this than please reinstall works suite.

You can try the different steps below first.

Solution 1:

Try restarting first your computer before doing any reinstalling to that software of your. Then after finding out that it is not effective. Uninstall the current program in your computer and then reinstall it once again. You don't have to worry with your files as long as it is saved in a safe location it will not be deleted.

Solution 2:

A virus might causing your system to slow down that's why this error is coming out. To solve this scan your whole system with the current anti virus you have in your computer. Look if you can find anything in the computer then delete those that is found as a threat.
