SysFader: iexplore.exe – Application Error
Hi,
There is no absolute solution for this, but you may try many thing’s like following:
Sometimes in “Display Properties” >” Appearance Tab” > “Effects” you will see something strange like Fade Effect is listed in the drop down menu but the check box is not checked or unchecked.
OK click it until the Fade Effect was back to checked. So now you can open the IE again and again to see the problem happen or not, some time it can also happen by spyware.
May be you have the ultimate solution by buck up your bookmark and then re- install the application again.
So try one of them .

SysFader: iexplore.exe – Application Error
Hi,
This issue is due to IE add-ons, spywares or registry error. What you can do to resolve this is by upgrading your internet explorer to a higher version. If the issue still persist, you can reinstall IE.
You can do this by going to Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program (to see this, make sure you have "View by:" as Category.) > Click on "Turn on Windows features on or off" (It is located on the pane of the window.) > Find Internet Explorer then uncheck it (This should uninstall IE.) > Click "OK" and it should be uninstalled.
To complete the uninstallation, restart your computer. After install it again, all you have to do is do the same process and once you get to the "Turn Windows features on or off" window, just check the Internet Explorer box again, click "OK", restart your computer and you should have it back again.
If you're still experiencing the same issue, I'd advise you to try another browser, such as, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Opera.
Hope this helps.
Have a great day.
