Hey, The question that I have for you, that’s been bothering me for some time now, is this: why is my Kaspersky Internet
Security Beta 2012 version failing to install?
I have Windows 7 OS, and the previous version worked just fine.
The message that is displayed in the middle of the process is:
Kaspersky Internet Security 2012 Beta, Internal Error 2771.
SandboxFeature.
OK.
What am I doing wrong?
Thank you for any possible solutions.
Kaspersky Internet security error message
Hi,
This is a well known problem for Kaspersky internet Security 2012 beta version.
First, make sure that you have no previous version installed ie any Kaspersky antivirus or internet security. if you have, then uninstall both the new Kaspersky 2012 and the previous. then install the Kaspersky 2012 fresh.
But, if you don't have any previous version, you have to clean the registry. Don't do anything fancy with registry as this can damage the OS. Download a registry cleaner. You can use CCleaner( Download from CCleaner) . Use the registry clean function. It will do its work and should solve your problem.

Obviously it is a beta version so it might not be ready to be installed in this operating system or your Windows 7 in not yet updated.
Solution 1:
Try updating your operating system first and then if the update is done. Start reinstalling the software. Sometimes a software that will be installed in the Windows 7 operating system will tell you an error because it is not yet updated.
Solution 2:
Choose another Internet Security software and purchase it either online or by order. The beta version could be a conflict to some of the windows 7 files and it is much better to have a license one to 100% protect your computer.

Hi Jacob,
Check your date and time settings. Your date or time might be incorrect thus causing the problem.
If you are using windows 7 then on the task bar, click on the time at the bottom right of your screen, then click on change and time settings.
Check the time and settings and change them accordingly. Check the region also.
Try installing kaspersky again,
Hope this helps,

Lee Hung.
