The reason you encountered this problem is because you removed Msimg32.dll accidentally or it was corrupted. It may be even because of a registry error, virus or malware, or because of hardware problem.

Run downloaded file (if you receive error when opening, copy this file to new folder – for example C:TEST) and wait for installation to complete. After installation, Fixer tool will start automatically. When it’s done, restart your computer.
The msimg32.dll file is part of Microsoft Windows and you should have it even without installing Mozilla Firefox. It is also replaced when you upgrade the Service Pack of your Microsoft Windows. To verify if the file is not missing from your computer, you can find msimg32.dll in “C:WINDOWSsystem32”. If you still have your installer of Mozilla Firefox, try reinstalling the browser.
Click Start, Control Panel, and then Add or Remove Programs. Select Mozilla Firefox then click Uninstall or Remove. After that, click Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, and then Disk Cleanup. Select drive C then click OK. Check “Temporary files” and Setup Log Files, click OK then select Delete Files. Restart your computer then install Mozilla Firefox back using your installer.
