What is this Bingbar 6.3.2291.0
Hello Sheri Kay, I have read your query.
You do not have to worry about Bing Bar as it is a search Bar. Bing Bar previously known as Windows Live Toolbar is a Browser Extension to use with Internet Explorer by Microsoft. There are combined features of Windows Live services and Search Engine from Bing.
News, weather, stock market and sports can also be viewed directly from this bar. It is also possible to search on other Bing services such as Pictures, Cinematic, News Updates, Shopping, Maps, Tourism and XRank. Hotmail, Windows Live Id, Windows Live Messenger, Gmail and Yahoo Mail can also be accessed directly from Bing Bar directly.
If Bing Bar bothers you, then you can always remove it from your browser. To remove this from Internet Explorer, please enable Internet Explorers toolbar and go to Tools Menu. Open Manage Add-ons and disable Bing Bar from there.
Restart your browser, now you will not see this bar.
Hope it helped.

The Bing Bar application you found on your computer is also known as MSN Toolbar.
It is an extension toolbar for the Microsoft Internet Explorer web browser.
It was announced on June 23 of 2010 that Bing Bar will now be replaced with Windows Live Toolbar which is available in Windows Live Essentials 2011. The Bing Bar toolbar was formerly supported on Mozilla Firefox but the support was later discontinued by Microsoft.
The Bing Bar toolbar includes features that are available from the Bing search engine and Windows Live.
Its user-interface shows visual effects like flip, rollover, and slide animations as well as colors and themes.
The toolbar also features “flyout” content windows where users are able to view the most recent content from the MSN Portal without leaving the page they are presently browsing.
Since you still have it on your computer, I think it will be the last of it.
