Should I refresh Firefox to troubleshoot?

I am having issues and I think I need to refresh Firefox, but if I reset back to factory default, I'm afraid of the repercussions.  I like how Firefox works, but the issues I am having I am guessing I need to do this.  If I do this, will it keep my bookmarks, etc.?  Is there any recommendation not to do this?  Thank you.

Should I refresh Firefox to troubleshoot?

HELLO

 

For refreshing Firefox, Click on Firefox button. It will not work if you are using different Brower. 

You can also see the refresh button on right side. Click on refresh Firefox.

It will automatically close refresh. When it will be finish a new window will open. Click on that and a fresh Firefox window will be there.
