I am using Two hard Disk in my PC, One hard Disk have Linux and one have Windows XP. When I start PC that system load both Hard Drives.
Is it possible when I choose to Load Linux then only one hard that have Linux Os load other remain idle?
Please Help me.

Operating System problem in Hard Drive
If each of the two hard drives have an operating system installed on it wherein if only one was present the system would be able to boot, then you can go to your BIOS when you boot up, disable the hard drive that you won't be using so that it won't be recognized by the system. This way you can boot each hard drive without fear of having the other operating system mess up the boot process. You also have the option to just set the hard drive that has the operating system that you usually use as Sata0 in the BIOS. The system should read and boot that hard drive first, and, you would still have the option to access the other hard drive as soon as your operating system has finished booting.

Operating System problem in Hard Drive
You are using Two Hard disks and you want to use dual operating system. It is compulsory to operate one operating system at a time in computer. You can Install Both Operating System (XP & Linux) in single hard disk. this may cause you to choose the option whether you want to operate Windows XP or Linux. Operating System creates a file named "boot.ini" in which instructions are loaded of both operating system. after the BIOS run, a page is displayed to choose you an operating system that you want to operate.
If windows XP is installed in Drive C then you install Linux in Drive D of same hard disk. After installing Windows XP, insert Disk of Linux for installation and instruct it to update operating system and give the path of Drive D.
Another way is that you must select only one hard disk at a time for boot. It is done in System BIOS / Setup. Both Hard Disks are configured properly. Means that one is Master and other is Slave. In Bios you can select the hard disk from which you want to boot. For example you have one cd rom and two hard disks. you can set the boot order as;
1: Boot from CD ROM
2: Boot from Hard Drive 0
3: Boot from Hard drive 1
Hard drive 0 is master, hard drive 1 is slave. you can change this order according to your demand for boot.
