Error -2147221164 occurred at Class not registered

Hello,

 

When I tried to use Vls from the Report Generation Toolkit for Microsoft Office I got the following error message. I have installed Report Generation Toolkit for Microsoft Office with LabVIEWand whenever I try to place VIs from that toolkit on my block diagram I get Error -2147221164. Why is this happening and how can I fix it?

Error : Error -2147221164 occurred at Class not registered in NI_ReportGenerationTollkit.lvlib:ex_RGT_Get Bookmarks and Named Cells.vi->NI_ReportGenerationToolkit.lvlib:Configure MS Office Report.vi->NI_ReportGenerationToolkit.lvlib:Configure MS Office Report.vi.ProxyCaller This error code is undefined. No one has provided a description for this code, or you might have wired a number that is not an error code to the error code input.

Error -2147221164 occurred at Class not registered

Applications use active X control for cross-application compatibility. Your active x control which using the class is registered with the LabView. And that is why you are getting this error. This problem occurred during application installation. Try reinstalling LabView And  Office again. But make sure clean registry after uninstalling both software using CCleaner.
