I have Windows 8 tablet and I have Netflix app installed on it. The app worked fine few days ago but it is not working these days. When I touch the app icon, the app starts and a white dot circle appears. It loads as usual. But it loads forever. I have left it to load for about 3 hours now but it is not working. How can I fix this error?
P.S I have the latest version.
What to do when Netflix stops working?
Hi Stephen,
At times, Netflix app needs to be re-installed for it to work properly. The best way to approach this issue would be deleting this app from the tablet first. Go to the Application store and search for netflix and download it again. This should resolve the issue and there will not be any white dot while loading the netflix app.

I think there is a problem with the installation of the Netflix app on your Windows 8 tablet. To fix it, uninstall the app and then download the latest version. To uninstall the app from your Windows tablet, on your Windows 8 tablet, go search for Netflix in your App List. On the search result, tap and hold the Netflix app until the dropdown menu appears.
When the dropdown menu appears, tap “Uninstall” then tap “Yes” to confirm the action. Once Netflix is uninstalled, go to Netflix on Windows Store and download the latest. The latest Netflix app at the moment supports Windows Phone 8.x, Windows 10 Mobile, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10. See if this fixes the problem. You need to sign in to your Microsoft account to download the app.
