Hello,
I have been using a MAC machine for quite some time now. Recently, I tried to install the drive sharp software on my system. I was trying to install the drive sharp installer, but unfortunately, during installation, it changed all of my configuration settings and also deleted many of my aliases from my mac's doc.
After all this mess, I was given a message on my screen. The error said:
Director Player Error
TypeError: _global._app.pri_controller has no properties
Script Error. Continue?
Please tell me how can I restore all that I have lost during the installation? I don’t know what to do.
Is drive sharp designed for a Mac?
Please help me out as early as you can. I am worried.
Waiting for your reply.
Regards.
Change of all configuration settings while installing the drive sharp installer
Maybe there is compatibility issue here. If you are trying to install that program to OS X 10.7 Lion, it is really not compatible or what I mean that is not supported by OS X 10.7 Lion. But there is still way to run that program to MAC OS X 10.7, you need to use bootcamp. It is apple program. You can download that program here https://support.apple.com/boot-camp. Just install boot camp to your computer and you can now use windows program on your Mac computer. Just read some updates for some changes for you to use it successfully to your computer.
Hope this helped.
Change of all configuration settings while installing the drive sharp installer
Hi,
I have few question.
What is the MAC OS version that you are using ?
If you are using MAC OS 10.7 then here is the solution for you.
The drive sharp doesn't work in Mac 10.7 OS version. There are lot of dependencies which are causing these errors to appear.
Try to upgrade you OS to newer version when it is available. You can also try to install bootcamp and then try to re-install drive sharp and try this may or may not work because it is just a way I am using it now and It works fine for me.

The error is about the director program installed on your computer, and I know that program called director in MAC is the Macromedia Director. So the best move that you can do here is to uninstall then install again the Macromedia Director. If you don’t know how to uninstall that, just search it to ADOBE since adobe took over the Macromedia. Uninstall also all the games that installed to your computer and their preferences. So the best thing that you can do here is to test what game causes the error. Try the game on another hard disk and play. You just need to be aware of what game that you installed lately that causes the error.
