Error encountered while republishing a module

Hi guys,

I am trying to republish a module on which, I have been working for a few days, but I have encountered an error.

The screenshot of the error is attached below:

 

Articulate Presenter:

There was an error copying player files. Error Code: 5

I am using PPT for this purpose, but after this message appears, the PPT shuts down. Then I have to open it again and enable the articulate presenter. This is happening again and again.

I have also tried doing this after restarting my system, but in vain.

I cannot get to the root cause of the problem. If anyone can please help, I'll be really thankful.

Error encountered while republishing a module

There are lot  of possibilities for these errors to occur. I will suggest you few resolution to check whether your system and slides are proper or not.

1. First thing that you need to do once Articulate is installed is you need to restart your system. Then do whatever you need to do for publishing or presenting.

2. Check whether in your presentation has any hidden slides in it. If so remove those hidden slides and try again once.

3. Last thing which I know if your office files have corrupted then it may not work. Re-install the Microsoft office and try again.
