Can someone help me in Acoolsoft ppt to video pro?

I'm trying to convert my ppt PowerPoint presentations to mp4 file format.  When I try to open the ppt file in the Acoolsoft program, I'm having an error of "Acoolsoft video converter cannot open the file".  What could be the problem?  I'm on Windows 7 64 bit and Acoolsoft Converter 3.2.8.  I need help in Acoolsoft ppt to video pro.  Thanks.

Hi there,

 

You haven't mentioned the version of the software you used to create the .ppt file, but it is possible there is a problem with compatibility of your presentation and the Acoolsoft. To resolve that, check for available updates on the Acoolsoft website and upgrade your software.

 

 

Also, make sure your file is not corrupted.

 

The most common reason for getting the mentioned error is that the presentation is open in some other program. Try closing all other utilities such as ppt viewers that might be hanging in the background.
