I was browsing the internet going through different sites just passing the time.
I tried going into this one site and i got this particular security alert.
Does this mean this is a bogus and dangerous site if this warning comes up?

Help on Security Certificate Alert
Security Certificate error is caused by certain mismatch in time and date, the software installed, like add-ons that can't be viewed because it does not match the name of the website.
Most browser has security certificate update that it constantly gets and install the add-on for secure browsing.
Most problem of security certificate is because of the time and date set-up on your computer that doesn't match the time and date set on the actual website.
Do check the time and date on your system tray and correct it.
Double click the time and date and adjust the time accordingly.
You can drag and correct the settings by the use of mouse
By clicking on the arrow up/down to adjust the date and time
After the time and date are correct and you still get this error, you can go to your browser's settings to update the security certificate software.
You need to update the expired security certificate to get rid of this error messages to always pop-up. In Internet Explorer, you can uncheck the security certificate to not give you warning whenever it detect security certificate error.
You can go to Tools, Internet Options
Go to Advanced tab and scroll down to Security
Uncheck the box to warn you whenever it detect security mismatch
However, this doesn't guarantee if it won't pop-up
Still this depends on the actual website if it has security certificate error

Help on Security Certificate Alert
Hi MattA,
The security certificate does not imply that the site is dangerous, but it is caused by problems with the time settings on your computer. Ensure that your computer is set to the right region and the time is set properly.
You can easily change the date, time and the zone settings by clicking on the time indicator in the task bar of you computer, then select 'Change time and date settings'.
In the message box that pops up, change the date and time accordingly and also the zone you are in too.
Hope this helps.
