Xbox One dependency on the Internet compared to other PC online games

Can one be emphatic or be bold to say that Xbox One depends on a constant connecting to the Internet by comparing the Xbox One to any other computer online games? What would be the bases of such an argument or conclusion statement? And with the Xbox One game console connected to the internet how does one explain that this game could be ascribe as the game created for this modern age and the next ten years to come perhaps?

Xbox One dependency on the Internet compared to other PC online games

Hi,

Xbox one will be totally online based as compare to other pc online games. Xbox one requires an internet connection and for continue functioning Xbox servers need to be check in an order. While gaming, Xbox do not require any internet connectivity for playing single player games. Xbox live will be used for online multiplayer games.
