Why is my computer suddenly so slow? And also FPS on every game is very low. Can anybody help me to solve this problem? How can I resolve this?

Why is my computer suddenly so slow now

I think, the graphics card and power supply are OK.
And the cpu is running way too hot- at 74.5C.
Make the cpu much cooler by following these steps:
First, blow the case out , and especially coolers, filters and fans.
And if it doesn't get its temperatures down to 50C gaming, 35C idle then-
Then, Reseat the cooler of cpu -Remove the cooler and fan.
Also, use the isopropyl alcohol for cleaning the former thermal paste from the bottom of your cooler and top of your cpu.
Also, put a drop of thermal paste of Artcic Silver 5 on your cpu's center. Then put your cooler back. And reconnect your fan.
Hopefully, this answer is helpful, easier and clearer steps to fix the problem.
