Dell stage music update problem

After the Dell stage music update the dell music stage doesn't show any songs in the library also not able to add any music to the library. Anyone help me through this.

Dell stage music update problem

Hi,

Restore your system first using System Restore to return your Dell stage music into its original version. System Restore is an element of Microsoft operating system that helps for the returning back of registry keys, installed programs, system files, etc., to a previous version or state in the occurrence of system failure or malfunction. Then, update again your Dell stage music, make sure that the update is complete and successful, and then restart your system.

Dell stage music update problem

Hello Deborah,

This is a common problem for dell stage user. Here is the solution for this. Using windows explorer go to the default music library click on it and select properties here you will find the MOVE button click it and select the folder containing your music. Click OK and you will see that your files are shown in the music folder.
