Do get the error message ' Windows Media Player has encountered a problem?

There was an unexpected error in the property page:

Please close the property page and try again.

Please help me to resolve this error easily …

Windows Media Player has encountered a Error?

This error may be caused by virus infections or if the system’s registry files contain errors. You can solve this by using an anti virus to run a full system scan so as to eliminate the virus infections causing this error then update the software your computer.
