Uninstallation incomplete: error occurred during uninstallation of Acronis True Image

Hello,

An error has occurred during the uninstallation for Acronis True Image Home 2012. I sent error log to Acronis Technical support but I need an expert’s advice how to uninstall this program properly. The given error says “Uninstallation incomplete”. Provide any suggestion to fix this error.

Uninstallation incomplete: error occurred during uninstallation of Acronis True Image

Hi Timothy,

There are a few ways to workaround this problem. Try the below three options/methods to successfully uninstall Acronis True Image.

1. In Windows, click on Start > Programs or search for Acronis in the input box. Click the Remove option when the program is displayed in the menu

2. Reboot your computer in safe mode with networking and then try to uninstall the program
3. Download and run the Acronis Clean-up Utility
