ESET NOD32 Antivirus installation error

Hi guys, I have recently trying to install ESET NOD32 antivirus on my system. I am using version 5.

I started with the installation successfully but unfortunately when the installation bar reaches 91 %, it is stuck, and it won't go any further.

It gives the following error on my screen:

Install ESET NOD32 Antivirus 5

Error
The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this
package. This may indicate a problem with this package.

The error code is 2753.

I have tried to resolve this issue by clearing the left out files and folders and then reinstalling it, but still I get the same error. I simply can't get to the root cause of the problem.

Can anyone help me out please in solving this issue?
