First you will need to check the following:

Check the system date and time settings and ensure that they have been configured correctly.

Also make sure that the activation code you have used is for that particular product, and also be sure you type it correctly when you are entering it.

You should also do a database update. After the update is complete, reboot the computer and thereafter uninstall and then reinstall the updated databases of the antivirus.

Restart the machine and the choose subscription status button if it appears on your kaspersky program.

The message that is occurring is due to the fact that the code used for activating has already expired or used by other users that has caused it to exceed its limit. Either you are using an expired trial code or many users have used this code before.
The solution to this problem is to use another activation code.

I have also face the same problem last week. This error is occurred because this key is used by too many user of Kaspersky.
I suggest you can try the any other key. your problem may be resolve.
Otherwise you can activate your antivirus offline.
Follow the following steps to activate offline(please remove your internet connection):
1. Open Kaspersky License Manager (from lower right corner).
2. Click ‘Activate the application with a new license’ button. (Delete any trial key first, by clicking the red X next to the key).
3. Select ‘Activate commercial version’ and enter the activation license code as 11111-11111-11111-1111X
4. Wait activation wizard message-> Click OK
5. Wait for wrong activation code message->Click OK->
6. Screen will appear with KEY FILE BROWSE
7. Browse to the key location and activate kaspersky.
