I am using a zandronum server, recently it’s started giving me this error. Please can you tell me the reasons for this error.

Zandronum cannot be opened because of a problem.

Check with the developer to make sure Zandronum works with this version of Mac OS X. You may need to reinstall the application. Be sure to install any available updates for the application and Mac OS X.

Hi there Sofia Cate,

 

Looks like you missed an update or two. The error you're getting is quite generic and says that your OS and the software ar4e not compatible. If everything was working before there was most likely an update of either your OS or the software that you didn't notice, so you will have to check for updates for the other part to make everything work again.

 

If you are sure there were no updates, some of the Zandronum files are corrupted and you will have to reinstall the software. To do that, first remove the old Zandronum completely, download the newest version from the zandronum.com and install it again.
