Alert Manager McAfee Last Version

Hi,

I am using the latest McAfee now and it just came to me that I am not anymore notified for detected viruses. I searched in the Internet to solve this but stumbled upon a comment telling me that Alert Manager has come to an end. I really find it useful but I don't have it in my latest version. I want to know the Alert Manager McAfee Last version so I can somehow use it and get the Alert Manager back. Thank you!

Hello Harryjo,

Alert Manager ends it full service on May 30, 2009.
Users who are still using Alert Manager are required to upgrade to McAfee ePolicy orchestrator.

Alert Manager McAfee Last Version

Hi John Harryjo,

Alert Manager has completed its full service on May 30, 2009. There will be no Technical support given by McAfee Customer support department.

After May 2009, People who are still using Alert Manager are required to upgrade McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator or buy custom support (either only phone support , no product development or modification) for one extra year.

Please see that McAfee will not do any compatibility test with the new Windows OS and IE releases which means 

  • Microsoft Windows Vista 
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2008

Are not being supported by Alert Manager.
