The console cannot open as Panda Cloud Antivirus is not operating correctly

I just installed Panda Cloud Antivirus to my new Dell Inspiron Laptop yesterday.

It works perfectly until today. Currently it is saying that the console cannot open and the antivirus is not operating correctly.

What seems to be the problem with the software?

The console cannot open as Panda Cloud Antivirus is not operating correctly

Hello Kristopher

I have done some research and it appears that this error is well known but for now, the only solution available is to Uninstall the software and reinstall it as administrator. In order for you to Uninstall it, please do the following:

Go to C:Program FilesPanda Cloud Antivirus and delete the folder. After that, go to C: and in the address bar type ProgramData. Delete Panda from there. Also, go to Start and in the search box type regedit.

Press Enter, and inside registry editor, press CTRL+F. It will open the Find window. Type Panda and delete every file found. Reboot the PC after that.

If you want to reinstall Panda, please download it from the link I provided Panda Antivirus.

In my opinion, AVG antivirus is way better and it does not have issues or problems like Panda has.
