Ms-Office 2011: Could not work with Outline View

I am using a MAC PC with MS-Office 2011 and I am having issues when I am on Outline View. As I am trying to move the line up and down and then using the Ctrl+Shift with up and down keys, it doesn’t seem to work with me. How will I fix it? Please help.

Ms-Office 2011: Could not work with Outline View

Hallo Michael,

Instead of using the shortcut keys, I will advice that you try adjusting the layout from the options in the menu bar. Go to page layout in the main menu and adjust the indents and the page settings accordingly.

You can also try switching the view to the print out view, maybe the outline view does not support moving up and down using the CTRL + SHIFT keys as you are trying to do. Otherwise just try closing your ms office program that you are using and then restarting and see it that solves the problem.
