I have a Nokia N70 and I also happen to have a bluetooth dongle. Can anyone of you techies show me the steps for creating a bluetooth modem dialer through the use of a specific application?

Hi, 

What I got from your statement above is that you want to create a Bluetooth modem dialer using Nokia N70 and a Bluetooth dongle. Well, let me tell you are at the right place. You just have to do certain setting in your phone and you are done. Kindly have a look and you can easily do it use cell phone as a Bluetooth modem.
