Hey,
A couple of hours ago from the official website I downloaded a 30 day trial of Sketchbook Pro, in a minute later than I updated to Mac OS X 10.7 Lion. I am unable to install it. I can admit the license agreement and stuff; on the other hand I can unable the box on the left wherever it allows the application to install Sketchbook Pro.
I can not push the "install"-Button also. Sketchbook Express works very well, from the AppStore I downloaded it. I need assistance.
Thanks in advance.
You do not have the necessary system privileges to install the SketchBook Serial Number. Please contact your system administrator.
Haven’t purchased yet? Click the “use trial” button to explore Autodesk SketchBook Pro for 15 days.

Hi Jean,
#1 Is your sketchbook compatible with Mac OS X10.7 Lion? If not, you can try to download the Lion compatible sketchbook pro from the manufacturer.
Or
#2 Once your trial version has expired, you are advised to purchase for the full version so you will able to use it again.
Thanks.

Hi there Jean_Moore,
As far as I can see, the software you're trying to install should be compatible with your OS, so the problem is most likely that some permissions on your system are messed up because of the OS upgrade.
There are few things you can try.
First would be to try to install the software using the Admin account. If that doesn't work, you'll have to fix some permissions in your Application Support folder.
Open the folder properties using the Admin account and under Sharing&Permissions change permissions for all the users to be read&write.
That should solve your problem.
