“File is corrupt” error while installing InstallShield Wizard.

Hello,

I am getting a problem to Install InstallShield Wizard.

An error comes up during the installation process and says “File is corrupt”.

What should I do at this time? 

Does anybody know how to resolve this? 

Please let me know.

“File is corrupt” error while installing InstallShield Wizard.

Hi Josh,

Your problem might be a simple one, or a very complex one. The problem is with your software package, not with InstallShield Wizard.

If you downloaded the QSR NVivo from the internet, the download process might not have been finished.

So I would recommend you to re-download it.

On the other hand, there may be an unfortunate cause. If you bought the software in a CD then all the files needed for the installation are not present in the CD.

In that case you will have to inform the retailer from whom you bought it.
