Is there any way to link Xbox one and Xbox 360?

Most of my friends have Xbox 360 in their house but  I have a Xbox one. We want to play multiplayer games but we aren't able to link between Xbox one and Xbox 360 to play games. Is there any way to join multiplayer games with different version of Xbox? Does it shows any negative impact on network of Xbox?

Is there any way to link Xbox one and Xbox 360?

Actually, it is quite simple to interconnect different versions of Xbox in order to play multi player games and much more.

You can use an advanced multi player like Xbox Live Gold and also through the HDMI input port on the Xbox One, you can easily link the games. Further it has no negative impact on network of Xbox.
