Codec issues using Windows Media Player to play audio and video file
Hello,
Recently, I have had Codec issues using Windows Media Player to play audio and video files. I found this following error that the codec are crashes that may cause a problem for media program. I did it all as mentioned in the message but I was unable to resolve the matter so please help me to fix it as soon as possible. Thanks in advance.

Windows has detected codecs that may cause problems for media programs. To resolve these problems, you can disable these codecs. Then the codecs do not load. However, if you disable these codecs, the program that installed the codecs may not run. If this happens, you must reinstall the program to load the codec. On the next page, you can uncheck to clear any codecs that you want to keep.
