Upgrade Windows 7 Starter to Windows 8 on my Netbook

Hello everyone and good day. I have a Samsung N150 plus netbook with Windows 7 Starter. Can I upgrade it to Windows 8? Here's the specs:

Processor: Intel Atom 1.83 GHz

Installed Memory (RAM): 1.00 GB

System Type: 32-bit Operating System

Upgrade Windows 7 Starter to Windows 8 on my Netbook

Dear User,

It is possible to upgrade to Windows 8 because your laptop meets the system requirements. All you need is a Windows 8 installation disk and a USB device which you can use in creatingng a bootable disk as explained on the link below:

Dear User,

Yes you can install windows 8 on your NetBook. But I would rather recommend you to use windows 7 instead.

But however you have to use an External Device to install windows 8 to you NetBook.

You can either use A Flash Drive or an External DVD-Rom connected via USB
