Problem: An internal error occurred

My fingerprint reader at all times cut off with no notice, simply to connect again in a few moments. When it has disjointed, the error message “fingerprint device is not present" appear, while I attempt and explore protector suite 2009.

Many times I uninstalled and installed again, however the issue did not solve. Can anybody help me to fix this?

Problem: An internal error occurred

Hi there Fidel P Ellis,

Unfortunately, this happens sometimes after the OS upgrade as the notebook you're using is not designed to be used with the OS you're trying to use.

The only possible solution is to completely reinstall the drivers using the newest version of the drivers. They can be found on both, Lenovo website and the software developer website.
