Samsung steals Apple icons ?

Is it true that Samsung the mobile giant has stolen the icon designs of Apple? What all icons he has stolen and what are the consequences Samsung is going to face now?

Samsung steals Apple icons ?

Hi, it is not yet clear if did Samsung steal Apple's icon but, the last Update about the Samsung vs. Apple Case is that Apple Show evidence that will tell how similar Samsung icons to those originally trademarked from Apple. Apple has also two witnesses who are the President of Industrial Society of America and the Happy Mac Logo Creator.
