What’s the solution in Microsoft Excel error

Hi,

While using “Dynamics GP 10 FPI with Service pack 4”, under Windows 7 (start edition- 32 bit), I go for opening “Microsoft Excel Office 2010” start edition and gets an error message like the given one in the screenshot. Can anyone solve the issue please?

What’s the solution in Microsoft Excel error

Dear Allison,

I appreciate you are trying. This type of problems can be occurred, which is fixable. At first, check again if your computer has installed Microsoft Office Excel properly or not. While using Microsoft Excel Office 2010, error message can be shown if a view name is longer than 25 characters. This problem can be fixed in the Microsoft Knowledge Dynamics CRM 3.0 Update Rollup 1. Just try to download an updated version.
