My printer will not print

I have tried all of the basics – is there enough ink, is there enough paper, is the power turned on, and it just will not print. I see the print icon on my laptop but the jobs are just sitting there. What can I do? I have also tried turning my laptop off and on but no luck.

My printer will not print

First of all, verify whether the printer and the particular driver version is compatible with your computer. Also download and install the driver up to dates if available.

If there are spare cables, try connecting them to make sure there is a proper connection between the printer and the computer.

If the issue still persists, there can be an internal error within the printer. So, it is advisable to contact for technical support.
