My online game isn’t working

I was playing a game online and it was working fine, but when I try to play it now, it isn't working for me. It keeps freezing and I can't even play a minute of it. I'm not sure if I need to upgrade my laptop but I'm not getting an error it just stops. Help is appreciated.

My online game isn’t working

Since the freezing happens only while playing the game, the issue seems to be related to the video drivers of the computer.

To overcome the issues, it is advisable to,

• Check for errors in windows device manager & fix those errors accordingly
• Get the latest drivers for your computer’s main devices like the video & sound and solve any network connectivity problems, if any
• Install the latest updates of the game
• Install the OS updates if available

Further more, scan the computer to detect any virus or malware infection.
