I am using Apache web server and have installed a number of modules using their default modes, since then I installed a number of software. I want to reduce the memory used by the system and would like to remove some of the modules I have installed. However, I am not sure which modules are being used by the softwares installed. Is there a way to check which modules are being used so I can remove the ones that are not? I would really appreciate your help. Thanks.

Help identifying which modules so I can reduce memory being used
I would like to assume that the modules you use have the same specifications and memory sizes. It is quite safe to remove one memory module at a time. Just try removing one first and then test your server. Anyways, the system just uses the available resources it has as long as it meets at least the minimum requirements to run it. If they are not of the same size and/or clock speed, factor in the decision of removing the module with the lowest clock speed and lowest memory size. Remember, just remove one module at a time and test.
