Good day!
I have cross-referenced figures in a document that are described in text captions in Ms Word 2007.
When printing the document insertion of a blank image happens. Screen shots are attached to show that. The figures number about more than 170, just a few are affected.
Parts of the affected figures are copied in a separate document, but still the problem persists. What might be the problem?
Please guide me…
Thank you…

Hello, It is one of the common problem for the MS- word users.
Well, Your problem is happening may be because attaching too many pics in afile. Try to separate them and then attach them in some small groups and then save it.Then surely it will upload all your images, save it and you will have your work done.Try it, it should be the only way to make it work.
Hope, it will wopk perfectly for you.

Hi,
There are some issues that you have to ensure are ok in your system check that your fonts and graphics are not in issue here.Damaged fonts and graphics can cause printing issues in Microsoft word pad. Is your printer a wireless one if so then check and see how it works when connected. You can test it using =rand(10) in a blank word document on the first line, then insert at least 10 paragraphs of the same text and try to print and see if the document prints then try another font of the same and insert clip art or a drawing to see what happens.
Another option is to run fixit it is found at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17420/windows-printer-problems.
