Advise on Buying Laptop for Gaming costing $1,000-1,500

Could anyone advise me on what laptop to buy specifically for gaming?  I have a budget of around $1,000 to $1,500.  I would really appreciate your expert advice.

Hi,

 

You can opt to purchase an Alienware laptop computer. It has a very nice design that sets it apart from many of the other laptops. Pick one that has about 17 inches of screen real estate. It should have the latest processors in it, preferably a second generation intel i-series processor like the Intel Core i7. It should have a discrete graphics card for your 3D and graphics intensive games. It should have a lot of RAM to be able to handle multiple programs running and for a smooth gaming experience.
