Hi!

I would like to ask few questions about Galaxy S5. I would like to know how to wipe or remove all software in this phone? What are the things that I need to remember before doing this. What are the software and installers that I need to first reinstall in this device after the process? Can you provide me instructions on how to do this? Can you give me alternative ways on how can I do this fast without sweat? Can you provide me step-by-step instructions?

Hi Patricia,

I hope you're having a great day, You need to back up all of your data and files by copying all of your files to your computer so you don't loose any of your files, In my opinion formatting via android is pretty much easier than using third party application,

To wipe all your files and data you can follow these easy steps:

1- Go to settings

2- Select backup and reset

3- Choose factory data reset

To backup all of your apps you can install this application, It saves all of your apps states.
